My Background

I've always had a passion for health, fitness and serving others.  I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015.  Received a B.S. with a concentration in Nutrition shortly thereafter.  Upon graduating I worked with pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children for 2 years as a Nutritionist and Breast Feeding Coordinator.  In April of 2022 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.


My Approach

I believe that food and movement are truly the best medicine.  Those two factors coupled with proper rest and relaxation are the key to a well balanced life.  I strive to come up with individual based lifestyle modifications to help women look and feel their best.
